Our technical department is staffed with senior engineers, technicians, quality inspectors and senior technical advisors, supporting different industries with multiple new products every day. The factory has its own mold room, automatic hydraulic presses, automatic mechanical presses, shaping machines, mesh belt furnaces, vacuum furnaces, high-precision EDM machines, lathes, copper smelting furnaces, CNC and other mold processing equipment.
We mainly provide four product lines: ball transfer units, self-lubricating bearings, powder metallurgy parts and ferrofluid feedthroughs, as well as custom plastic products, metal products and machinery parts.
Quality control: universal testing machines, crush testing machines, density meters, hardness testers, metallographic analyzers, projectors, spectrometers and other inspection equipment ensure stable and reliable product quality.
